Handgun Range Closed Until Further Notice

Handgun Range is closed due to a regulatory requirement that needs to be met before it can be functional again.

The issue is the design and height of the backstop. Does not meet the requirements for the Chief Firearms Office.

Backstop needs to be 34 to 30 degrees off the horizontal and be a minimum of 5 meters high vertically for handguns shooting at 20yds.

SSA is looking at options to get the range approved and back in service.
